We started BridgeMakers with a simple mission: to ensure the next generation of Minnesota leaders isn't just watching the world, but building it. Our journey began as a small collective of young professionals who saw a gap in leadership development and civic engagement.
Today, we stand as a pillar of support for young people across the state. Through our Leadership Academy, the Innovators Exchange, and The Uptake, we provide the tools, connections, and media needed to advance Gen-Z voices in the civic and economic landscape.
